Every Friendship Bracelet is handmade by Furnessities. They can take hours of careful attention and a high level of patience. The bracelet was made in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. The bracelet is made out of high-quality cotton embroidery thread. This means each bracelet is soft on the skin and is comfortable to wear. Your Friendship Bracelet will arrive on a signature jewellery card by Furnessities and packaged in an envelope.

Returns:
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of earrings due to hygiene reasons. However, if you have a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

FAQS

I entered the wrong address, can I change it?

If you have accidentally provided the wrong address for your order, please message me as soon as possible. If your order is yet to be dispatched and postage has not been purchased, I am more than happy to change the address for your order. However, if your order has already been posted I am no longer able to alter the address.

If postage has already been purchased for your order and you would still like the address to be changed, you are responsible for the cost of new postage labels.

I have sensitive ears, what materials do you use?

All of our earring hooks and posts are hypoallergenic, lead and nickel free silver or gold plated. We are proud to say that previous customers with sensitive ears report that they are able to wear our earrings with no problems, and are glad to have found us.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

We have a 3-5 working day processing time for all of our earring orders, and whilst we aim to dispatch before this, during busy periods this may not be possible.

If you would like your order to be processed sooner, we have the option to purchase our 'rush my order' upgrade. This means that your order will be dispatched before the 3-5 day window (usually the next working day).

How are your products packaged?

All of our earrings, keyrings, glasses and hair clips are packaged in small brown postal boxes to ensure that they don't get damaged in transit. Our friendship bracelets are less fragile so are packaged in bubble mailers. Where necessary, we use bubble wrap or tissue paper to wrap our items for additional protection.

We use anti bacterial hand gel after every piece of jewellery is made, we wear face masks while making the jewellery and our production area is cleaned with anti bacterial products regularly to ensure that you are safe when our products arrive to you.

Delivery Policies

For domestic orders:
All of our items care shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class, unless a shipping upgrade is purchased at checkout. There is both 1st class delivery and tracked options available. Please be aware that unless you select the tracked option I am not provided with a tracking number, and therefore will not be able to provide updates on your package once it has been dispatched.

For international orders (everywhere excluding the UK):
At checkout, you have the option to choose from international standard delivery or international tracked. Please be aware that unless you select the tracked option I am not provided with a tracking number, and therefore will not be able to provide updates on your package once it has been dispatched.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders

We are happy to accept wholesale and bulk orders for all of our products, however please send us a message before purchasing so we can accommodate your request.

We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for any bulk or wholesale orders. All of our products are handmade and therefore take time to make and package safely.
